- Lightweight tile – with your choice of styles and colours
- Roof Frame – A Grade treated timber throughout
- Breathable felt membrane – A Grade, as standard
- Insulation as you like it – with options of between rafter, over rafter, under rafter
- New PVC Facia and guttering throughout
- Internal Finish, including 12.5mm plasterboard and smooth skimcoat plaster finish.
- Electrics work carried out where required – optional downlights (LED) or single point ceiling light

Internal Insulated Ceiling: Specification
